Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Location: Colombia - remote

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Solution Consultant to join their IT team which reports to the Enterprise Line of Business lead.This role’s focus is on how EVP can assist their clients to better run and grow their business. The focus is primarily on developing 'raving fans' amongst our clients.


  • Experience with supply chain execution, including WMS, TMS, SCE, and OMS.

  • Previous experience working on multiple projects with UK and US organizations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

  • Track record of driving customer adoptions, engagements, and growth.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges.

  • Comfortable telling a story with data, presenting to executive sponsors.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Passionate about customer success and using technology to achieve business objectives.

  • Has a curious nature, with a passion for learning.

  • Experience with a SaaS product, working with enterprise clients highly preferred.


  • Complete training on tools such as Jira, ChurnZero, and CMS.

  • Manage CSM processes, including ChurnZero management and time tracking.

  • Lead and manage the customer experience, including SOWs, project portfolio, and overall success.

  • Prioritize building strong client relationships by understanding their success criteria and business challenges.

  • Present key performance indicators (KPIs) and success stories to clients to continuously demonstrate the value of the platform.

  • Conduct internal and client-facing meetings to review progress, discuss goals, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to help clients achieve their biggest priorities and agendas.

  • Provide training and support to clients on utilizing EVP, including Help Center, Sales Demos, Webinars, and SME/CTO sessions.

  • Manage client tickets, including prioritization, escalation, and reporting on progress.

  • Ensure Enterprise LOB revenue goals are achieved on assigned accounts while fostering client advocacy and willingness to provide marketing support and sales references.

  • Identify clients' biggest priorities and agendas for the year and work with internal teams to help realize them.

  • Manage SOW execution and all client tickets.

  • Develop a deep understanding of EVP and effectively communicate its value to clients.
