As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between project management, implementation, and operations. You will ensure smooth transitions for our customers while optimizing ongoing system performance and functionality. Your dedication to detail and analytical skills will be key to ensuring seamless transitions, efficient operations, and ultimately, satisfied customers.
Experience with a SaaS product and ERP systems.
Experience with implementation or configuration of SCE, OMS, WMS, or TMS solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges.
Comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems.

Collaborate with CSMs, the implementation team, and shared services to ensure smooth transitions and efficient operations.
Manage project metrics and customer satisfaction on delivery (surveys).
Lead discovery sessions to determine optimal system configuration and business requirements for clients.
Implement new product features, system and supplier integrations, and platform onboarding for assigned projects.
Map business process requirements to EVP functionality, determining gap/fit and designing solutions for any identified gaps.
Oversee implementation projects from start to client deployment and successfully validate, receive client acceptance, and close initiatives.
Propose and implement test plans and scenarios for project delivery.
Perform enterprise application integration activities.
Stay organized and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
