Requirements:
3+ years of software testing experience.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with manual testing processes, including test case creation and execution.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Conduct manual software testing to identify and resolve defects.
Document test results and issues encountered, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team.
Analyze defects to determine root cause and impact, collaborating closely with the development team for efficient resolution.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of quality standards, processes, and best practices within the QA team.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards and promoting continuous improvement.
Work closely with the QA Lead and other team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective testing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in an agile development environment.
Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
