Junior Sales Analyst - In Office
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for analyzing our sales data and metrics and reporting on sales performance. Additionally, you will work on the hyperpersonalization of cold emails and engage in appointment setting as part of our lead generation efforts.

This is a full-time position, in-office, in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Requirements:
- Tech Savvy.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
Responsibilities:
- Research and segment the appropriate prospects for Cold Emailing campaigns, ensuring a personalized approach based on the target audience.
- Effectively and efficiently handle the HubSpot platform, including its prospecting and email automation tools.
- Constantly monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, providing valuable insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Implement and adjust campaigns based on analyzed results, with the goal of maximizing performance and success rate.
Nice to have:
- Engineering background.
- Technical knowledge of the software development industry.
- Experience with HubSpot
Salary: Open to negotiation with uncapped commissions.
