They are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a ServiceNow role.

Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM and ITOM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and deliver enhancements, workflows, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform system and application upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and updates.
ServiceNow certifications in ITSM and ITOM are required.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Advanced English level (B2+)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
